Adi Patel leads growth and operations at Lightning Ventures. He sits across the business — from first conversations with new clients through to how projects are scoped, resourced, and delivered — making sure the right work gets done and clients see real outcomes.

His focus is on the operational backbone that lets a small, senior team punch above its weight: tightening delivery processes, keeping engagements on track, and removing the friction between what clients need and what gets built.
