Florian Birolleau

Florian Birolleau is a CTO-level engineer who has spent more than eight years architecting and shipping production software across Australia, the United States, and Europe. He’s the founder of Twill Studio, an AI-driven development agency, and has repeatedly taken systems from a blank page through to scale.

As a founding engineer at CareSend — a US healthcare-delivery startup acquired by a major pharmaceutical company in 2025 — Florian built HIPAA-compliant infrastructure from day one and spent over three years scaling the platform from early stage to scale-up. He has also served as CTO at WLNSS and as technical lead at GameFare, where he led a team of software engineers and owned system and database architecture end to end.

His core stack is modern full-stack and AI: Next.js, tRPC, TypeScript, Node.js, and React/React Native, with GCP, Firebase, and Supabase on the infrastructure side and AI SDKs woven through the build. He pairs deep engineering with an AI-first delivery approach — designing the system, then using AI to ship production software in days rather than months.
